SECTION L.5 includes Site Visit information

All Requests for Information [RFIs] shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Jeremy Bedner, via email @ jeremy.bedner@usda.gov NLT March 3, 2022 by 12P / 1200 PST. OR NLT ten (10) calendar days prior to the proposal due date if revised via amendment. RFIs submitted after this due date may not be considered by the Government for review and answer. Answers to RFIs submitted timely shall be posted as an amendment to the solicitation/RFP announcement on Contract Opportunities.
