Background
The solicitation pertains to a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for construction services at an existing airfield in northeastern Syria near the vicinity of Rumaylan. The work consists of the construction of relocatable building (RLB) barracks and latrines/shower facilities, and the respective potable water, wastewater/sewer, and power generation service for the new facilities. The contractor is required to provide all management, administration, quality control, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, vehicles, heavy equipment, supplies and other items as necessary to perform the services contained in the scope of work.

Work Details
The work includes various construction tasks such as mobilization and demobilization, providing as-built drawings, conducting a site survey, providing and installing generators with fuel tanks and manual transfer switch, constructing relocatable buildings (RLB) barracks and latrine/showers along with their supporting infrastructure. The contractor is also responsible for ensuring JCCS certification throughout the duration of the contract and providing progress reports along with payment estimates.
