Background
The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease space in Medford, OR. The lease involves design and construction activities, including the development of design alternatives, review submittals, and compliance with Section 106 requirements for historic property alterations and new construction. The Lessor is responsible for the timely completion of the work required by the Lease.

Work Details
The work includes a detailed schedule for completion of space, design and construction activities, preparation and submission of design intent drawings (DIDs) and construction drawings (CDs), preparation and submission of tenant improvement (TI) price proposal and building specific amortized capital (BSAC) price proposal, issuance of TI Notice to Proceed (NTP), construction schedule and initial construction meeting, space acceptance, rent reconciliation, submission of as-built drawings, seismic retrofit requirements, project management responsibilities, and various environmental considerations.
