Description: This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to provide a notice to the public for the acquisition of a contractor's services, for the General Services Administration (GSA) Region 4 Atlanta, GA Facility Management Division Safety & Environmental Branch, to provide technical and program support in the performance of Risk Management Surveys (RMSs) that will do the following: **Strengthen the environmental, health, safety, and fire protection related risk identification and reporting processes and procedures through the performance of environmental, industrial hygiene, health and safety, occupational safety & health (OSH), and fire protection assessments (i.e., surveys/inspections), collectively referred to as the Risk Management Surveys (RMSs), **Enhance the use of Public Building Services (PBS)'s central data repository (Inventory Reporting Information System [IRIS]) for management of risk-related items identified through RMSs surveys. The RMS related data is housed in the IRIS Facilities Management Assessment (FMA) and OSH Modules, as well as in other PBS IT systems. **Foster an organizational culture of compliance that is focused on overall environmental, health, and safety risk management, through the performance of RMSs and identification of noncompliance issues, hazards, risks, or deficiencies (conditions) involving GSA facilities and operations. This work will be completed within multiple buildings in our region. This Sources Sought is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and ultimate issuance of an award. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. If a full and open competition is ultimately pursued, responses to this Sources Sought will be used to aid in establishing small business subcontracting goals. Interested sources are requested to submit an email response to Julius.teal@gsa.gov delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience for providing these services. Sources must sufficiently demonstrate the capability to perform these services and must provide detailed experience and qualifications in all previous work pertinent to this effort. Please include your business size with your submittal. Note: Responses and submissions are to be provided 12 (Font Size), Times New Roman (Font), PDF format, and limited to five (5) pages. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes of the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender. The applicable North American Classification System (NAICS) Code, for this requirement, is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services and the small business size standard is $19 million. Responses due are to be submitted via e-mail to the Contracting Officer Julius Teal at email address Julius.teal@gsa.gov. Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Period of Performance: 365 days after award Conclusion: The government reserves the right to set this acquisition aside for Small Business, HUB Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman-Owned small business, or Small Disadvantaged Business firms based on the responses it receives. This Sources Sought notice is issued for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, offers, bids, and/or quotes. This is not an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation, or confirmation that the Government will contract for the services contained in this Sources Sought, nor is any commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract implied. Responses to this notice will assist the government in identifying potential sources in determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate, and in determining whether this approach to securing contracting support is practicable. Respondents are advised that the government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be returned. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly.
