Risk Management & Capital Assessment Projections (RMCAP)   2

Background
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Housing, seeks a Contractor to provide risk management, budget, and related policy decisions with respect to Single-Family Mortgage Insurance program. The purpose of Risk Management & Capital Assessment Projections (RMCAP) is to ensure that the cash flows, net assets, and valuations arising from the mortgage insurance and financial transactions of the Single-Family Mortgage Insurance program and the level, direction, and implications of the risks to the program are made clear.

The Single-Family Mortgage Insurance program includes all FHA loan programs other than multi-family and health care facility programs and may include new single-family programs. Current Single-Family Mortgage Insurance program programs include programs under Titles I and II of the National Housing Act.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide risk management and capital assessment projections services as detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement, Attachment A. The solicitation is being conducted under Part 12 in conjunction with Part 15.

Period of Performance
The Period of Performance (POP) is for one (1), twelve-month base period plus four (4), twelve-month option periods. The Contractor shall provide services Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
