Rip Rap Contract for Captain Anthony Meldahl Lock and Dam

Background

Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver 450 tons of broken limestone rip rap, size ranging from 12 inches to 24 inches, classified as ODOT Type B. The materials must meet specifications required by USACE and ODOT.

The delivery will be made to Captain Anthony Meldahl Locks and Dam located at 2443 US Highway 52, Felicity, OH 45120. Deliveries are to be made during business hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays, excluding government holidays. Upon final delivery, all weight slips along with the final invoice must be emailed for processing and payment.

Period of Performance
The contractor must provide all material within 30 days of award date.
