Background
The U.S. Embassy in Suva, Fiji, is seeking quotations for the supply of a right-hand drive large SUV. The purpose of this contract is to procure a vehicle that meets specific requirements for use by the embassy, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The embassy aims to award a contract to a responsible company that submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one brand new right-hand drive large SUV with the following specifications:
1. Right Hand Drive (RHD)
2. Graphite or white in color
3. Width of at least 1950mm
4. Height of at least 1950mm
5. Full-sized 5 seat SUV – similar to Toyota Landcruiser or equivalent
6. 5-star ANCAP safety rating
7. Climate Control Air conditioning
8. Power windows
9. Power steering
10. Factory window tinting
11. 18-inch Alloy wheels
12. 10 speed Automatic transmission
13. Floor mats front and rear
14. ABS Brakes
15. Driver & passenger front & side airbags
16. Rear parking sensors / Backup Camera
17. Cruise control
18. 4x4 capability
19. Electronic - kinetic dynamic suspension system
20. Towing kit included
21. Minimum of 3.2-liter V6 twin turbo diesel engine required
22. Diesel particulate filter burn off switch included
23. Minimum of 110-liter fuel tank capacity required
24. Towing capacity of at least 3250 kilograms required
25. Lockable front and rear differentials included
26. Minimum of 3 USB charging ports required
27. Downhill assist control included
28. Lift up back door feature required
29. 40/20/40 folding rear seats included
30. Leather seats required
31. Interior tailgate door paddle light included

33. Availability of in-country spare parts, service, and warranty must be ensured
34. Service Center must be within 30 kilometers of the U.S Embassy Suva

Period of Performance
Delivery is expected within 60-90 days after the date of contract award.
