2. Schedule of Pricing broken out in accordance with Schedule of Prices listed above.

3. Signed certification to Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) 3052.209-70, Prohibition on Contracts with Corporate Expatriates (Jun 2006) in full text below at Paragraph 9. [Check pertinent block in subparagraph (f) Disclosure, sign and date at end of clause].

4. Completed Representations and Certifications.

8. System for Award Management (SAM). By submission of a quote, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the offeror does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered offeror. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.sam.gov.
