Richmond Inner Harbor FY24 Maintenance Dredging Project   3

This acquisition is proceeding as Full and Open, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Lisa Ip: Lisa.I.Ip@usace.army.mil.

Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000 - $25,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Richmond Inner Harbor to -37.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1 foot of paid overdepth and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification. Material to be dredged from Reaches 1 through 10 is suitable and shall be taken f or placement at a Contractor-furnished upland beneficial reuse site. Material to be dredged from Reaches 11 through 13 is suitable and shall be taken for placement at the Government-furnished site SF-DODS or at a Contractor furnished upland beneficial reuse site.

This requirement is for Full and Open Competition. It will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The solicitation will be available on/about October 11, 2024 for viewing/downloading the solicitation and documents.

ALL BIDS will be due on/about November 12, 2024 at 01:00 PM PST. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation.
