Amendment 2 will also update the Questions due date to August 29, 2025 no later than 1700 ET.

The Federal Aviation Administration utilizes the Acquisition Management System (AMS) in place of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).

This requirement/solicitation is a total small business set-aside.

This is a Request for Proposal for the replacement and caulk of the Air Traffic Control Tower and various buildings located at Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (PVD) in Warwick, RI. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, services, permits and equipment necessary for replacement/repair in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM SIZE STANDARDS (NAICS) FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS 238160 Roofing Contractors. The size standard for the NAICS code is $19M.

The FAA intends to issue the NTP within 45 calendar days after contract award date. For this requirement the contractor must provide all pre-construction (initial) submittals needed to issue the NTP to the FAA for review/approval within 21 calendar days after the contract award date. See specifications for list of initial submittals.

*The FAA reserves the right to issue the NTP before or after the aforementioned 45 calendar days.

The FAA anticipates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type for this requirement.

The project size for this requirement is estimated to be between $750,000 and $2,000,000.

IN ORDER TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT YOU MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). SEE AMS CLAUSE 3.3.1-33 "SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT" (JULY2018).
