RFQ (Request for Quote) Analytical Services for Clam Tissue and Sediment Analysis

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, specifically the Seattle District, is seeking analytical services for clam tissue and sediment analysis in the area surrounding the Old Navy Dump/Manchester Annex in Manchester, Washington. The goal of this contract is to provide laboratory analysis and data reporting for samples collected by the Corps, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and regulations.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform tissue and sediment analytical services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must meet specific qualifications including holding a current DoD ELAP certification for required parameters.

The analytical services include testing for target analytes such as Aroclors and Total PCBs with defined limits of detection (LOD) and limits of quantitation (LOQ). The contractor is responsible for delivering results within 21 days of sample receipt. Additionally, the contractor must develop a quality control program to ensure compliance with performance standards outlined in the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is six months, from June 16, 2025 to December 16, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the contractor's facility.
