RFQ: PM-PI AFSOC BAV - Crye, Velocity Systems Equipment   2

Background
The solicitation is for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or services. The requirement is publicized under 5.203(a)(2) and follows procedures at 12.603. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and proposals are being requested without a written solicitation being issued.

Work Details
The solicitation is for Crye and Velocity Systems equipment, and substitutions cannot be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to offer pricing discounts based on estimated quantities for each requested item in Attachment 1. The order resulting from this RFQ is subject to the terms of the RFQ letter at the time of order award.
Offerors are required to submit a pricing sheet in the provided format with all highlighted fields filled out, as well as a technical volume including information outlined in the RFQ letter. The technical submission should include the offeror's GSA MAS Contract Number, statement of capability to provide the brand name only equipment being quoted, plan to deliver the required items and quantities within a specified delivery schedule, warranty information for each item quoted, plan to ensure all tracking information is provided before and upon delivery, plan to resolve misplaced/undelivered shipments, and proof from OEMs regarding delivery times quoted.
The pricing submission should be in Microsoft Office Excel format on Attachment 1 provided with the RFQ, with proposed delivery timeframes populated in Column K and basis of quote (GSA Schedule number or open market) in Column L.

Articles to be furnished under this contract shall be delivered to DODAAC H92261, 5749 Briar Hill Road, Building 220 Door 4, Lexington, Kentucky, 40516.
