60 Hrs of OD++ Technical Support and Training Base Year. Tech support and training will include (at a minimum):

Background
The solicitation is for technical support and training services, including algorithmic enhancements, user-requested adaptation, and bug fixes. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year options. The services are to be provided in accordance with the outlined Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract will be evaluated by the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Government Point of Contact (GPOC). The Contractor is required to provide a written response within two business days for any Corrective Action Report (CAR) or Customer Complaint.

The work required under this contract is to be performed at Tinker AFB during Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700.
