- Delivery Period: 01 APR 2026 to 31 MAR 2028
- Pricing Arrangement: Firm Fixed Price
- Identification Requirement: The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

2. **Hydrochloric Acid Solution (HCl)**
- Quantity: 288,000 Liters
- Specification: 35% Liquid, JIS-K-1310, Grade 2
