Background
The solicitation is issued by the Navy for the delivery of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Naval Station Guantanamo Bay (NSGB) in support of a natural gas-powered combined cycle power plant (CCPP).

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of LNG fuel to NSGB.

- Lower heating value: Minimum 900 Btu/scf
- Wobbe Index @ 59F, 14.696 psia (HHV): Minimum 1,350 Btu/scf
- Methane Number: Minimum 75
- H2S: Maximum 0.25 grains per 100 SCF
- Sulfur: Maximum 1.35 grains per 100 SCF.

The initial 'seed project' will consist of two LNG deliveries scheduled for approximately three weeks apart.

Period of Performance
The ordering period under each IDIQ contract will be approximately five months.
