REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ)

This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Laboratory Science Division-Chemistry (LSC), for the purchase and servicing of a new Liquid Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC/MS/MS) as described in the Attachment B Pricing Spreadsheet and further defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 334516.

The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-priced contract resulting from this BRAND NAME or EQUAL solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor. Only new items will be accepted. Refurbished items are not acceptable. BRAND NAME or EQUAL to products matching the salient characteristics of the requirement from brands such as Waters, AB Sciex, PerkinElmer, and others will be considered.

In addition to the quotation for the specifications, all information required on the clause package, including any instructions to vendors, must be completed and included with your quote.

Interested offerors shall submit proposals electronically via email to Purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov, with the subject line "Proposal, RFQ-CPS-2112-20-0030, Attn: BS/PW", no later than 10:00 (10:00 AM EST) Monday, September 14, 2020. Quotes shall contain all information as listed in the Instruction to Offerors.
