RFQ Furniture for 3 Buildings

Background
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota has a requirement for furniture for three buildings located in Caucasia, Colombia.

The goal of this contract is to provide necessary furnishings to support the operations of the National Police for Colombia. This solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation under RFQ Number PR14919634, inviting interested sellers to submit quotations.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of furniture for three buildings, specifically designed to be freestanding structures that do not require fastening to walls or floors.

The system must be flexible, allowing for future relocation and/or design redistribution without compromising its integrity. Vendors are required to provide detailed specifications and drawings of each item proposed.

The project will recognize vendors who are original manufacturers or approved distributors and guarantee after-sales service. A final drawing and physical samples must be approved by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before production begins. If exact measurements cannot be met, vendors may propose similar items with close measurements, detailing any changes in their proposal.

Period of Performance
Required delivery date is forty-five (45) days after receipt of order (ARO).
