RFQ for the Production and Installation of Graphics and Fabric Prints on Walls   2

Background
The Naval War College Museum in Newport, RI is issuing this requirement for the production and installation of an exhibit that highlights the 250-year history of the Navy. This exhibit will be installed in the study area and stairwells of Perry Hall, home of the Naval Academy Prep School, demonstrating how sailors are the cornerstone of the Navy’s accomplishments throughout history.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, and plans necessary for the production and installation of graphics and fabric prints on the walls of Perry Hall. The scope includes:
- Furnishing all labor and material necessary to fabricate and install a museum exhibit based on drawings and plans provided by NWCM.
- Creating designs from high-resolution files supplied by NWCM.
- Installation at Naval Academy Prep School, Perry Hall, 440 Meyerkord Avenue, Newport RI 02841.

Fabrication deliverables include:
A. Wall Graphic (1 unit): Finished size 35ft 8in wide x 82 inches high, made from textured concrete wall vinyl with UV print finishing.
B. Wall Graphic (2 units): Finished size 118-1/2in wide x 81-1/2in high, also made from textured concrete wall vinyl with UV print finishing.
C. Wall Graphic (1 unit): Finished size 58-1/2in wide x 90-1/2in high, made from textured concrete wall vinyl with UV print finishing.
D. Framed Fabric Print (3 units): Finished size 9ft wide x 5ft high with a 1-inch aluminum frame and power-stretch fabric.

Place of Performance
All completed work shall be delivered to Naval Academy Prep School, Perry Hall, 440 Meyerkord Avenue, Newport RI 02841.
