Will need two line items: RFQ for Simulated Wood Tile flooring: Remove approximately 288 square feet of existing carpet and bonding material from the floor and any associated wall-attached coverings in a 2nd floor room. Patch and seal the entire floor as needed to provide a barrier from any remaining abatement chemicals and to give the floor the smoothness required for new simulated wood flooring installation. Install an estimated 288 SF of Simulated Wood Flooring, approx. 68 linear feet of matching wall covering, and required transitions to join up with 2 adjoining rooms/areas. Simulated wood flooring type and color will be determined from samples provided by contractor upon contract award. Contractor will move or lift office furniture as required to accomplish floor work and replace (without damage) when completed.
