The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Procurement Section, is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit interested vendors to provide Crime Scene Investigative supplies, Miscellaneous supplies, and Shipping. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. All quotes shall be FOB Destination Shipping to Cheverly, Maryland.

This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns. Only quotes submitted by small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a small business concern will not be considered for award.

Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.

Background

This RFQ is being conducted as a total set-aside for small business concerns. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract.

Work Details
The FBI IOD Global Partnership Unit (GPU) has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the below listed categories of products: Crime Scene Investigative supplies, Miscellaneous supplies, and Shipping. The period of performance is from the Date of Award to 30 days (After Receipt of Order) ARO. The BOM (Bill of Materials) spreadsheet titled 'BOM Crime Scene Supplies Spreadsheet' is attached to the solicitation and contains every product and quantity contained in both the 'CSI (Crime Scene Investigative) supplies' and 'Miscellaneous supplies' categories. Both have a separate page on the spreadsheet.
