RFQ CIM MATP PST Course Evaluations

The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to procure services for the course evaluations of the Critical Incident Management (CIM), Managing an Antiterrorism Training Program (MATP), and Protecting Soft Targets (PST) courses described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Quotes submitted will be evaluated using the following BEST VALUE criteria; 1) Key Personnel and General Qualifications and Training Requirements 2) Subject Matter Knowledge 3) Technical Approach 4) Past Performance on similar projects 5) Price Award will be made on a combination of Key personnel, Subject matter knowledge, technical, past performance, and pricing that represents the best value to the Government. Please sum all totals and subtotals in the Pricing response to the nearest Dollar, please, no pennies. Vendor submittals should be made in 2 separate parts. Part 1 is the Technical response. This part contains NO pricing. Part 2 is the Pricing response. Again, please sum all totals to the nearest Dollar; please, no pennies. All vendor submittals should be provided in PDF format. NOTE: Please make sure that your GSA contract number, DUNS Number, and Point of Contact information is printed clearly on the front page of both parts of the vendor submittals. Vendor submittals not separated into Technical and Pricing may be interpreted as non-responsive and will be removed from the competition. The period of performance, as stated in the SOW, is expected to be 6 months from the time of the award or until the completion of the project, whichever is first. *All responses to this RFQ will be submitted through GSA e-Buy. The Government reserves the right to make an award without having any discussions. An award for this RFQ is expected on or before September 30, 2023. Proposals should be valid for 180 days. Questions are due by COB June 1st, 2023. No questions will be accepted after this date.
