Background
The U.S. Consulate General in Istanbul is seeking a contractor to provide daily meal delivery services for TNP officers assigned to the U.S. mission. The goal of this contract is to ensure that TNP officers receive fresh, nutritious meals that reflect Turkish cuisine during their workdays.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver 28 meals each day for a total of 153 working days, starting from August 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Key requirements include:
- Meals must be of Turkish cuisine and cooked on the same day of delivery.
- Each meal should consist of a main course, rice/wheat or pasta, and bread.
- A half load of sliced bread, plastic utensils (spoon/fork/knife), and napkins must be included with each meal.
- The main course should vary daily and include options such as meat or chicken dishes, casseroles, and vegetable courses.
- Meals must be ready for pickup by 11:45 AM each day.
- Each meal should contain at least 250 grams of food for both the main course and sides.
- Meals must be prepared in a hygienic environment and packaged individually in an orderly fashion.
- Four meals should be packed hot for immediate consumption; the remainder should be prepared for later consumption.
- The restaurant providing the meals must be located within 5 minutes or 1 km from the Consulate.
