Background
The US Embassy in Kathmandu requires network switches to support its operations. The contractor will be responsible for executing the work, which includes logistics, customs, shipping, transportation, insurance, and all associated management support functions.

This contract aims to ensure the embassy has the necessary networking equipment to maintain effective communication and operations.

The contractor shall provide the following items:
1. CISCO Catalyst 9300 48-port mGig data only, Network Essentials.

3. Handling & Shipping Charges.

All items must be new and authentic as per Original Equipment Manufacturer standards; refurbished items will not be acceptable.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall deliver all items not later than 30 days after the date of contract award.

Delivery locations include:
1. American Embassy’s Facility, Phora Durbar, Kantipath, Nepal.
2. Lincoln Moving & Storage, 19018 62nd Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.
