GENERAL INFORMATION

The U.S. Embassy Kuwait invites qualified contractors to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of drapery fabric, sheer fabric, and blackout fabric for use at the U.S. Embassy Kuwait.

Background
The U.S. Embassy Kuwait is seeking qualified contractors to provide drapery fabrics for use at the embassy. This solicitation is part of their ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the facilities used by the embassy staff and visitors. The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality drapery, sheer, and blackout fabrics that meet specific standards and requirements outlined in the solicitation.

Work Details
The contractor will supply and deliver the following fabrics:
- Drapery Fabric: 3,000 meters of 100% polyester, weight 400 gr, available in solid beige, ivory-beige, sand beige, taupe-beige with subtle woven patterns or tone-on-tone geometric patterns.

- Sheer Fabric: 3,000 meters of high-quality voile or equivalent material in colors such as beige, warm ivory, champagne beige, light beige, or white with subtle woven patterns.

- Blackout Fabric: 5,000 meters of Trevira CS polyester blackout fabric or equivalent material that provides a minimum of 95% blackout performance. All fabrics must be new, unused, first-quality materials that are wrinkle-resistant and washable. Detailed specifications including material composition and blend percentages must be provided along with country of origin and manufacturer information.
