The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit open market quotes for promotional items as notated in Section 1.0 on the RFQ. The solicitation number is 15F06724Q0001956. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. Any questions should emailed to Victoria McDaniels at vmcdaniels@fbi.gov no later than Friday, June 28, 2024 at 1:00pm CT. Please see attached RFQ document for required products and procedures.

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit open market quotes for promotional items. The solicitation number is 15F06724Q0001956. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.

Work Details
The FBI intends to establish a one-time, firm-fixed price, purchase order to acquire promotional items including Jr. Special Agent Foil Badge Stickers, multicolor Debossed Silicone Bracelets, Yellow 'Crime Scene Tape' Lanyards, FBI Tattoos for Kids, Blue Stress Balls, Ballpoint Pens, and No. 2 Pencils. The shipping cost within CONUS is to be included in the vendor’s pricing. All deliveries under this order shall be FOB destination and delivered to the addresses listed in Attachment 2- Delivery Addresses. Products shall be equally divided and shipped to the FBI’s 57 Field Offices and locations.

Period of Performance
Delivery must be made within 45 days or less after Receipt of Order (ARO). Offers shall be valid for 90 calendar days from closing of posting.
