This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to provide Substance Use, Mental Health, and Sex Offender treatment services for male and female offenders held under authority of the United States in Lake Charles, LA. Services are to be provided in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work entitled, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services, Statement of Work, 2022.

Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are made available and confirmed in writing by the contracting officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time, either before or after the closing date. In the event of cancellation, the Government shall have no obligation to reimburse any offeror for any costs incurred in connection with the preparation or submission of its quotation.

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued by the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, to provide Substance Use, Mental Health, and Sex Offender treatment services for male and female offenders held under the authority of the United States in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that offenders receive necessary treatment services in accordance with the Statement of Work entitled 'Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services, Statement of Work, 2022.'

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of treatment services including:
1. Substance Use Disorder Treatment Planning and Follow-up
2. Substance Use Disorder Intake Screening
3. Substance Use Disorder Individual Counseling
4. Substance Use Disorder Intake Assessment & Report
5. Co-occurring Intake Assessment & Report
6. Substance Use Disorder Group Counseling
7. Mental Health Treatment Planning and Follow-up
8. Mental Health Intake Screening
9. Mental Health Individual Counseling
10. Psychiatric Evaluation & Report
11. Crisis Intervention Evaluation & Report
12. Sex Offender Treatment services including assessments and counseling.

Each service has specified quantities and minimums as outlined in the solicitation documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months from the date of award, with options for additional periods extending up to 60 months total.
