Background
The USDA-ARS-NSAR PCFS Building 105 located at 4153 Pullman-Albion Rd. Pullman, WA requires wood siding/trim repair and new exterior paint due to years of prolonged sun exposure and water damage.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all professional services necessary for the accomplishment of the contract project and such required service shall be in accordance with the requirements as described in the attached contract documents. The contractor shall make needed repairs to wood trim and siding and prepare, prime, and paint the complete exterior of the lab and office portions of Building 105. This includes pressure washing the exterior to remove dirt and loose paint for proper adhesion, cleaning oils on surfaces as needed, caulking window seals and cracks as needed, caulking bottom of exterior walls to waterproof and prevent rust, masking areas not to receive paint (windows, doors, lights, signs, floors, etc.), spraying, brushing and rolling cover stain oil-based primer to rusted areas, metal surfaces, and wooden surfaces at manufacturers specifications, spraying and brushing at least two coats of commercial grade paint to complete exterior of building (lab and office sections), including but not limited to exterior walls, trim, gutters, etc at manufacturers specifications to match the current color scheme of the building. The work shall be conducted during normal daily working hours between 8 am and 4:30 pm.
