Background
The solicitation is for the production and delivery of Fire Control systems and Fielding Services (FireCon-Pro) to support mortar Weapons and Fire Control (W and FC) programs. The contract will include procurement of weapons and fire control hardware, minimum warehousing area requirements, fielding W and FC systems, and engineering services to support PM CAS programs. The programs include Mortar Fire Control System (MFCS) M95/M96/M150/M151, Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC) M32A1/M32A2, Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter (EPIAFS), Portable Electronic Fire Control Systems (PEFCS), Mortar Stowage Kit (MSK) or Mortar Stowage System (MSS), and 60mm/81mm/120mm Mortar Weapons Systems. The weapons and fire control hardware will be manufactured, inspected, staged, and delivered in accordance with Government Technical Data Packages (TDPs) and applicable contract requirements.

Work Details
The contract includes the procurement of weapons and fire control hardware, a minimum warehousing area requirement of 10,000 sq ft for W and FC hardware, fielding W and FC systems, and providing engineering services to support PM CAS programs. The specific products to be manufactured or delivered under the contract include Mortar Fire Control System (MFCS) M95/M96/M150/M151 and its variant, Lightweight Handheld Mortar Ballistic Computer (LHMBC) M32A1/M32A2 and its variant, Enhanced Portable Inductive Artillery Fuze Setter (EPIAFS) and its variant, Portable Electronic Fire Control Systems (PEFCS) and its variant, Mortar Stowage Kit (MSK) or Mortar Stowage System (MSS) and its variant, and 60mm/81mm/120mm Mortar Weapons Systems.
