THIS IS A FIVE-YEAR INDEFINITE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE A DELIVERY
ORDER FOR A QUANTITY OF 60 EACH WITH THE BASE AWARD. HOWEVER, THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE ANY ORDERS AS A RESULT OF AN
AWARD AGAINST THIS SOLICITATION. ADDITIONALLY, IT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ORDER ANY QUANTITY UP TO OR ABOVE THE INTENDED QUANTITY FOR THE
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT.
