Description

Amendment 0001 to FA7022-18-R-0002 amends the following:

1. SF33 Block 9: Extend hour specified for receipt of offer, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. Date specified remains unchanged, 18 Dec 2017. Decrease number of copies for offers from 4 to 3.

2. Revises RFP/Solicitation Sections L.2.2.1, L.3.2.4, L.5.1.1, L.5.2, L.5.3.1, L.6.1.5, and L.6.1.6.

3. Revises RFP/Solicitation Sections M.2.1 paragraph 1, and M.2.2 (3).

4. Changes Fiscal Year (FY) to Option Period (OP) on attachments 5 and 6.

5. Addresses industry questions via attached document, FA7022-18-R-0002 USPDS-OSEE Q&A.

Attached is Amendment 0001, Conformed copy of FA7022-18-R-0002 (represents all changes thus far to the RFP/Solicitation), Attachment 5, Attachment 6 and responses to industry questions.
