Background
The Virtual Site Visit was held on August 11, 2022. The RFP is for Repairs, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering (ROME) Services.

Work Details
The contractor represents that it is, is not a small business concern under NAICS Code 261210 assigned to the contract number. The RFP states that the apparently successful offeror agrees to submit a Material Safety Data Sheet for all hazardous material identified in the clause. It is mentioned that this information can be submitted after award from the successful offeror during the phase-in period. Due to the center being under COVID code orange, there will not be an opportunity to view Government property during the proposal period.

The RFP also specifies that CPARS evaluations will not be allowed in lieu of Past Performance Questionnaires. Prime Offerors are required to furnish information for all of their most recent contracts for similar efforts with a minimum average annual cost/fee incurred of $6M within the last 5 years of the RFP release date.
