The contractor will provide regularly scheduled ocean and intermodal transportation of containerized and breakbulk cargo between Jacksonville/Blount Island, Florida and US Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

- Origin services (equipment pools, port operations, ocean transportation)

- Cyber security requirements (general cyber security requirements, cyber security assessments and mitigation plans, modified NIST SP 800-171 requirements, cyber incident reporting)
