***RFP No. 72062321R00003 Locally Legitimate Stabilization for USAID/Somalia - Amendment 1***

This amendment incorporates the responses to questions generated from the initial solicitation and extends the deadline for submission of proposals. All revisions are hereby incorporated into the RFP Amendment 1 and highlighted in yellow.

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to implement the Locally Legitimate Stabilization (LLS) contract as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). USAID anticipates awarding one Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) type form contract with a period of performance of 5 years at an estimated cost range of between $44 million and $49 million.
