RFP - Medical Supplies   2

Background
The FBI intends to award a single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for medical supplies and equipment. This contract aims to maintain and stock items included in the medical deployment kits and other medical supplies required to support the Occupational Health and Operational Medicine program.

The Human Resource Division (HRD), Employee Health and Performance Section (EHPS), Medical Operations and Readiness Unit (MORU) is responsible for this requirement, which includes resources for fitness-for-duty evaluations, operational medical support, protective detail medical coverage, deployment needs for both CONUS and OCONUS locations, and response to natural or man-made disasters.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide various medical supplies as specified by the COR. This includes a wide variety of products such as:
- Pharmaceuticals
- Vaccines
- Diabetic supplies
- Diagnostic accessories (e.g., thermometers)
- Disposable scrubs and sheets
- Hygienic and sterilization products.

The largest category of essential medical supplies includes over-the-counter medications, prescription medications, and emergency medications for deployment. Deliveries must be made within three (3) days after receipt of order (ARO) to all FBI locations, shipped FOB Destination. The contract will be an FFP IDIQ for one base year with four possible one-year option periods, plus a possible six-month extension. The contractor must propose brand name or generic products listed in the Product Pricing Matrix included in Attachment 1.

Place of Performance
All deliveries will be made to various FBI locations across the United States.
