RFP for Quantitative Research Analytical Data Support (QRADS)   7

The SEC has completed evaluations of proposals submitted in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) 50310218R0002, for Quantitative Research Analytical Data Support (QRADS) requirements, Solicitation Number 50310218R0002, CHANNEL 4 - Analytical Reports and Data Analyses only at this time. This requirement was competed in accordance with FAR Parts 15. The evaluation was completed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and evaluation factors set forth in the RFP. Award decision was based on a best value determination for the Government. The awardees selected offered the best value to the Government.

Multiple IDIQ contracts and one (1) task order were awarded as a result of this solicitation. The task orders placed against the IDIQ contracts can be firm fixed priced, time and materials, or labor hours depending on the task. A brief explanation of the award results is provided as follows:
