This Request for Proposal is issued for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Europe area for commercial custodial services and ground maintenance at the DoDEA schools located in Germany and Belgium. Accordingly, and in conjunction with FAR Part 5.202 (12) this requirement is intended to be performed by potential offerors in the local communities since it is located outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
The contract type will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of one 8-month base year and four 12-month option periods.
Copies of the attachments listed in the Performance Work Statement Section, 10 can be obtained by placing a request via e-mail to the Point of Contacts listed in this Federal Business Opportunities Posting and in the Request for Proposal.
