Description

The objective of this Chemical, Environmental and Munitions Response Unrestricted (ChEM-RU) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to procure the services of Contractor to perform Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) responses involving conventional munitions and chemical warfare materiel (CWM); Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS); and Other Munitions-Related Services (OMRS), as necessary to enable lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purpose.

Background
This Chemical, Environmental and Munitions Response – Unrestricted (ChEM-RU) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is intended to procure contractor services to perform Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) responses involving conventional munitions and chemical warfare materiel (CWM); Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS); and Other Munitions-Related Services (OMRS), as necessary to enable lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purpose.

Work Details
Characterize the nature and extent of CWM/MEC and munitions constituents (MC) in accordance with project Data Quality Objectives (DQOs) defined during the Systematic Planning Process (SPP). Perform all necessary field activities to collect sufficient data to support human health and ecological baseline risk assessments.
Conduct Remedial Investigation (RI) field activities in accordance with the accepted Project Management Plan (PMP) and Unexploded Ordnance-Focused QAPP (UFP-QAPP). Perform sampling and analysis consistent with the PMP, UFP-QAPP and Chemical Sampling Program (CSP). Prepare and submit all final data and quality control (QC) documentation for Government Quality Assurance (QA) acceptance.
Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance. Support pre-operational exercises and surveys. Meet performance metrics including limits on Corrective Action Requests (CARs), accident and safety violations, formal grievances, schedule milestones, and cost controls.
