Solicitation remains unchanged unless it is amended in writing on a Standard Form 30. IMPORTANT: The Response Date indicated in PIEE (30 June 2023, 1630 hours Guam time) is only a placeholder. This procurement is intended to award a multiple award construction contract (MACC) for construction, renovation/modernization work, and routine repair/maintenance work by method of construction at various Federal or Military facilities and installations on Guam and outlying areas in the Pacific. This MACC will be an indefinite quantity task order contract with a five-year performance period, in the order of ten awardees, total estimated contract value of $150 million and a task order range of $250,000 to $5 million. This requirement is set-aside for eligible 8(a) small business concerns.

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and annual size standard is $45 million.

A one-time site visit is scheduled on Friday, March 24, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., Guam time, at Harbor View/Bay View Housing, Naval Base Guam. Participants must meet promptly at the designated entrance to Harbor View/Bay View Housing. Requests for base access to attend the site visit must be submitted electronically to Sylvia R. Lizama via email at sylvia.r.lizama2.civ@us.navy.mil using Attachments 2 and 3 of the Request for Proposal Package (Part A). Foreign nationals who will be attending the site visit shall complete the Foreign Visitor Request form in Attachment (3) of the solicitation and provide a copy of their passports.
