Along with the IDIQ, one inital delivery orders will be posted. Delivery order 001 is for Redstone Arsenal and will be awared parallel to the IDIQ. The Delivery Order Bill of Materials has been posted as of 08/23/2023.

Background
The solicitation is for a Women-Owned Small Business Set Aside contract issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Security Systems. The contractor must offer all products in the catalog and propose the brand name products listed in the matrix. The FBI is the only agency authorized to place orders against this contract. The contractor shall provide a quarterly usage report to the FBI within ten calendar days of the end of each quarter.
Preservation, packaging, and packaging for all items delivered shall be in accordance with commercial practice and adequate to ensure acceptance by a common carrier and safe arrival at the destination.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is one twelve-month base period and four possible/exercisable twelve-month option periods.

Place of Performance
Deliveries are to be made to FBI (and other approved Federal Government) CONUS and OCUNUS locations: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
