Background
This is Amendment 2 to the Sustainable, Transformational and Accessible Water Interventions (STAWI) activity. The purpose of this Solicitation Amendment 2 is to provide clarification on the required PWS Annexes under section L.6 of the RFP as well as to provide additional clarification on the Crisis Modifier.

Work Details
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in providing technical services for the Sustainable, Transformational and Accessible Water Interventions (STAWI) Activity. This is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) completion type contract. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, materials, equipment, supplies, facilities, services and perform all activities necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work described in Section C.

The estimated cost for the performance of the work required hereunder, exclusive of fixed fee, if any, is $TBD. The fixed fee for the contract period, if any is $TBD. The total estimated contract ceiling is $TBD.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for STAWI is five years from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
STAWI will be implemented in Kenya at the national level and in nine specific counties including Garissa, Isiolo, Marsabit, Samburu, Turkana, Wajir, Kitui, Makueni, and Taita Taveta.
