RFI: U.S. Census Bureau - 2030 Decennial Scheduling Services (Responses to Questions) )

Background
The government intends to establish a non-personnel services contract with a 100% Small Business entity to provide Schedule Management support services to the Decennial Census Management Division (DCMD) of the United States Census Bureau (USCB). This communication is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future.

Work Details
The Census Bureau is requesting contractor services to perform tasks in support of the development and maintenance of the 2030 Decennial Census Schedule Systems (2030 CSS) and the related Integrated Master Schedules. This includes management of the Oracle Primavera and the EPMT Project Server scheduling systems as well as its supporting applications that are utilized by DCMD and other Decennial Divisions. The contractor shall perform tasks in support of DCMD’s mission, specifically the development and management of schedule requirements, documentation, training, testing, and maintenance support for the Scheduling tools, applications, and systems that are utilized to manage, update, and produce products for the 2030 Decennial IMS Schedules and reports. The contractor shall provide support in the task areas listed: Task 1 – Project Management, Task 2 – Schedule Management Support, Task 3 – System Documentation Support, Task 4 – Primavera Technical Support, Task 5 – Metrics Reporting Support.
