RFI: TSS-24-0026 TIGS for Integrated Product Support (IPS)

Background
The solicitation is a Request for Information (RFI) for TSS-24-0026 TIGS for Integrated Product Support (IPS). The Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) is conducting market research to identify potential contractors for the IPS efforts associated with an EW family of system. The RFI is for market research purposes and shall not be construed as a solicitation announcement, invitation for bids, request for proposals, quotes or an indication that PEO IEW&S will contract for the items contained in this notice.

Work Details
The IPS contract will provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Platform Integration, Material Fielding, and Field Support Services, to include Interim Contractor Support (ICS), for EW systems and components. The TSS sustainment strategy is based on a two-level maintenance concept: field and sustainment. The software baseline includes a library of Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS), Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS), Free Open-Source Software (FOSS) and developmental software applications on a custom Graphical User Interface (GUI).
CLS is expected to provide sustainment-level support for system hardware and software including System Management, System Engineering, Item Management, Hardware Maintenance and Repair.
