Description

The F-16 Support Program Office in support of the FMS countries is seeking information on how an interested contractor could provide repair and return services for multiple unclassified and possible classified F-16 Foreign Military Partner Nation for repair of APG-66, APG-68 radars and/or associated Avionic LRUs, SRUs down to the lowest component level. Please see the attached RADAR components APG66_68 list and the RFI APG66_68 document.

Background
The F-16 Support Program Office, in support of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries, is seeking information on how contractors can provide repair and return services for unclassified and potentially classified F-16 radar systems, specifically the APG-66 and APG-68 radars, as well as associated Avionic Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs).

The goal is to establish a reliable long-term sustainment solution that includes repair services and spare parts for these radar systems.

Work Details
The scope of work includes all 'Repair and Return' services for F-16 APG-66 and APG-68 radar items, as well as associated Avionic LRUs and SRUs down to the lowest component level.

All repair work must comply with the technical data requirements outlined in the applicable Technical Orders (TOs) provided by the U.S. Government. The contractor must be prepared to handle multiple repair stages ranging from standard to major repairs.

Additionally, contractors are required to provide a list of items they can repair without subcontracting, estimated delivery periods for repairs, and details on previous similar contracts. They must also describe their financial resources, workforce management strategies, and qualifications regarding certification by the USAF.
