Oracle Agile PLM Server Support, Service Desk Support, and Training

The Radar Operations Center (ROC) is seeking support and training to administer three Agile PLM servers. The ROC provides centralized support for WSR-88D systems, including meteorological, software, maintenance, and engineering support. The ROC operates WSR-88D test systems for hardware and software upgrades. The technical specifications include three Agile servers running Windows 2012 R2, with no database clustering involved. The ROC requires assistance with server upgrades, patches and upgrades for Oracle Database, WebLogic, Java, and Agile components, as well as other planned maintenance activities. They also need service desk support for troubleshooting and incident support, as well as general training for IT staff on the management of Oracle Agile application components. The services and training will be provided via phone support or Google Meet during normal business hours. The period of performance is one year from the date of award. On-site support is not required, and no permanent remote connections can be maintained between the ROC and the supporting contractor.
