Background
The U.S. Air Force has a mission-critical need to provide advanced procedural skills training for its Independent Duty Medical Technicians (IDMTs). This requirement is for a one-day, high-fidelity procedural skills class designed to fill a critical training gap created by the removal of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) from the IDMT curriculum.

The primary goal is to ensure every IDMT graduate possesses the foundational, hands-on competence and confidence to perform life-saving interventions in an operational environment.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of a recurring, high-fidelity, hands-on procedural skills lab. The course must be structured to build procedural muscle memory and clinical confidence immediately prior to students entering their real-world clinical rotations.

The estimated annual workload is nine (9) course iterations per year, with a class size of 16 students. Responders are asked to provide information on their capabilities to deliver this training, including relevant experience and technical approach, feedback on the Statement of Need, and any alternative solutions that could benefit the program.
