RFI - HR Practitioner Training

Background
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to enhance the capabilities of its Human Resources Division (HRD) through a training program aimed at developing HR practitioners. This initiative is part of a broader transformation within the HRD to create skilled professionals who can effectively support the FBI's workforce transformation and act as business advisors.

The training will equip participants with essential skills to meet new demands in human resource management.

Work Details
The contractor will provide in-person and virtual training focused on four primary topics: Data Analytics, Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, and Technical Writing, along with Excel Skills. The training will include exercises, workshops, and case studies relevant to Federal HR situations. Each topic will be delivered in four separate iterations, accommodating up to 30 participants per session.

The contractor must also supply necessary tools, reading materials, and a certificate of completion for attendees. Additionally, the contractor must ensure that the training aligns with current government policies and standards set by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The vendor must indicate if they are recognized as a Generally Accepted Government Audit Standards (GAGAS) vendor and by the National Association of State Boards Accountancy (NASBA) for continuing education credits.

Period of Performance
The training will be conducted over four iterations from June through September 2025.

Place of Performance
Training will take place at the FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C.
