RFI- Germfree Service Contract for Global Field Medical Laboratories (GFML)

Background
The 1st Global Field Medical Laboratory (GFML) is a highly specialized, rapid-response unit that supports chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives (CBRNE) threat assessment and global health surveillance.

The team deploys worldwide—including to remote or high-risk environments—to provide fast and accurate identification of potential hazards. The GFML is essential in situations where rapid threat analysis is needed, operations occur in hazardous environments, and force protection or counter-WMD missions are underway.

The unit can deploy as a full team or in smaller, task-organized elements, providing flexible lab support for environmental health, occupational health, endemic disease threats, and CBRNE missions.

Work Details
The purpose of this RFI is to gain market knowledge regarding the Germfree Service Contract for Global Field Medical Laboratories (GFML). CPE Ground, SMD PMO has a requirement to identify and procure a commercial solution to meet the required services outlined in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).

Respondents should ensure their responses are complete and sufficiently detailed to demonstrate their qualifications to perform the work. The RFI includes attachments that provide further details on the objectives and requirements.
