Background
The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Tobyhanna Division, is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential vendors capable of supplying a requirement for Paint Stripper/Remover as specified under MIL-PRF-83936.

This RFI is intended solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service.

Work Details
The requirement includes the following specifications for the Paint Stripper/Remover:
- Product Name: IPR 9323 Immersion Paint Remover
- Vantage Part Number: 10203040
- Size: 450-lb drums (55-gal drums)
- Quantity: 30 each
- Capable of removing epoxy, polyurethane, powder coatings, and other coating systems.
- Must be HAPs-Free, EU-REACH compliant, and free of chrome, NMP, Methylene Chloride, and phenols.
- Upon delivery, the material must have a shelf life of no less than 10 months.
