RFI for Marine Boatyard and Maintenance Support Lot II

Background
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) has a requirement for Marine Boatyard Repair and Maintenance Support in the Hampton Roads Area (HRA). The contractor shall furnish the management, material support services, labor, supplies, and equipment deemed necessary to provide marine boatyard and industrial support which includes specific modifications, upgrades, service life extension and repairs to Non-Commissioned boats, craft, lighterage and service craft and/or their associated systems. The work performed on this contract will be within 100 miles from MARMC in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor shall comply with all Federal, State, Local laws and Federal Regulations as applicable to the performance of the SOW. The contractor shall provide secure on-site storage for the boat while it is in the Contractor's possession. In addition to any other clauses in this contract relating to management of Government property, the Contractor shall maintain a system of internal controls to manage Government property in its possession. The Contractor’s responsibility for any Government property in its possession extends from the initial receipt of property through stewardship, custody, and use until formally accepted back by . The Contractor assumes the risk of, and shall be responsible for, any loss of Government property upon its delivery to the Contractor as Government-furnished property.

The work performed on this contract will be within 100 miles from MARMC in Norfolk, Virginia.
