Background
The 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (763 ESS) is seeking information regarding Flight Antennas and Batteries to support ongoing operational mission requirements. This Request for Information (RFI) aims to determine the availability and technical capability of businesses, including small and disadvantaged businesses, to provide the required products and services. The agency's mission includes ensuring that tactical communications systems are effective and reliable.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of specific tactical communications equipment, including:
- MP-3512/TG: 30-512MHz Manpack Antenna - Gooseneck
- 1Y58950: MPDP225X2/1.25-2.7, covering frequencies of 225-450 MHz and 1250-2700 MHz
- 12500-2500-02: Rechargeable Battery Pack, Lithium-Ion, 7.0A-HR
- E45-0070-414: O-Ring EPDM, 70 Duro, dimensions of 2.5MM width and 14MM ID
- BT-70791CK: Lithium-Ion Battery, BB-2590 with a capacity of 251Wh.

The antennas must support multi-band operation compatible with military and MANET radio systems, operate within specified frequency ranges, have an omni-directional radiation pattern, a nominal impedance of 50 ohms, a VSWR of ≤ 2.5:1, vertical polarization, integrated antenna matching unit for optimized performance, power handling of at least 25 watts, ruggedized construction meeting MIL-STD-810 environmental conditions, and a compact form factor suitable for portable operations. The batteries must be rechargeable lithium-ion with smart battery capability for management and monitoring.
